Green tea icecream


  • 1 liter of milk
  • 5 teaspoons of green tea
  • 7 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk


Heat the milk and add green tea and sugar, heat to boiling, but do not boil. Cover and let stand. Strain, add condensed milk, stir and pour into a container and freeze. Divide into pieces. Slices loaded into a powerful blender and beat until smooth creamy mass. Pour back into the container and place in freezer for a couple of hours.
